Scandal in Tlaxcala: the president of the DIF was dismissed for assaulting her husband’s alleged lover
After Maria del Rocio Epazote Guzmanpresident of the National System for the Integral Development of the Family (DIFF) in Saint Paul of the MountTlaxcala, went viral on social media for assault the alleged lover of her husbandthe municipal president Raúl Tomás Juárez announced his dismissal.
Through a statement published on July 27, the mayor of San Pablo del Monte lamented the events of the past days, where the president of the DIF allegedly threw chili water at a woman and later tried to cut her hair.
According to Tomás Juárez, attention to the population should not be neglected, so made the decision to make changes in the DIF Municipal System.
“For this reason, I communicate that the C, María del Rocío Epazote Guzmán will not continue as honorary president of the instancein order to attend to the different legal actions that may arise”, reads the statement.
