Savannah Chrisley let the world know that she is dating former college football star Robert Shiver.
The 26-year-old reality star — whose parents Todd and Julie Chrisley are serving time for a $30 million tax fraud scheme — took to her social media on Saturday to make her relationship with her beau Instagram official.
The perfect couple – who have reportedly been together for a few months – looked adored in the carousel of photos, as they held each other in their arms with huge smiles on their faces.
Savannah looked incredible in her cozy gray sweater as she packed the PDA with Robert, who kept it low-key in style with a baseball cap and brown shirt.
“Sometimes…it works,” the Chrisley Knows Best star captioned the adorable album.
A DailyMail.com source recently explained why Savannah and Robert are keeping their relationship a secret.
“Savannah has been seeing Robert for a while and didn’t want to say anything because she wasn’t sure it would work,” they said. “She was afraid it would be like her failed relationships.
“But there’s one main reason why her past relationships didn’t work out: She only dated men who were with her for her fame, not for her.”
The source claimed Savannah was “humiliated” now that she no longer had a number one reality show and had “changed” since her parents Todd and Julie were jailed.
“For once, she is herself and shows a man who she is without money or fame. In exchange, she is with someone who is with her for her. She is in love with being in love,” added The source.
“Everyone is hoping it works out for her,” the source continued. “She has certainly changed in the last few months since they were incarcerated.”
The official Instagram post comes after Savannah recently opened up about her former fiancé Nic Kerdiles, saying he sent her “signs” following his untimely death in September.
Weeks after the reality star asked Nic to “send me a sign that you’re okay” in an emotional Instagram post, she told ET last month that he responded to the call.
“Nic gave me signs,” Savannah said of the former NHL player, who lost his life after suffering a motorcycle accident at age 29.
“I just know he would want everyone to live life to the fullest, because that’s exactly what he did. He’s just an amazing human being,” she added. “You have to remember these things, that’s for sure.”
The Chrisley Knows Best alum went on to say that the tragedy left her “sad and confused.”
“I’m fine, but it’s such a sad and unfortunate situation that it’s hard to navigate,” she said. “There’s anger and tears and everything associated with it.”
Savannah continued, “This is the first real loss I’ve ever had to deal with. I was young when my grandfather died, so in my adult life it was the first real loss I suffered.
Nic died after running a stop sign in Nashville and hitting the driver’s side of a BMW on Sept. 23, Nashville Metropolitan Police told WRKN News 2.
Savannah spoke in more detail about the incredible grief she felt following the tragedy on her podcast Unlocked w/ Savannah Chrisley.
“I can’t tell you how many people have contacted me and told me how Nic has impacted their lives,” she began.
“If his passing teaches us anything, I think it’s to love and love hard. And treating people with so much love and kindness because that’s exactly what he did – so Nic, I love you, you will be missed and you left a mark.
