Samsung Galaxy A24 specs leak alongside some promotional renders

After several weeks and weeks of leaks, yesterday Samsung finally formalized the Galaxy A34 and A54. These won’t be the last Ax4 devices to launch this year though, as a new Galaxy A24 leak reminds us today.

The A24, as its name suggests, will be even lower end than the A34. A few promotional images have been released alongside a list of its specs, which we’ll dive into now.

The phone is said to come with a 6.5-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 19.5:9 aspect ratio, along with a peak brightness claimed to be 1,000 nits, although we’re assuming that’s spot-on brightness and not full-screen. Still, quite impressive for a low-end device.

The A24 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 SoC, paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage. On the back, there’s a triple camera system consisting of a 50 MP main sensor with OIS and f/1.8 aperture, a 5 MP ultrawide and a 2 MP macro camera. Selfies are supported by a 13 MP snapper.

The Galaxy A24 is said to measure 162.1 x 77.6 x 8.3mm and weigh 195g. It has a 3.5mm headphone jack, as well as a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The 5,000 mAh battery can charge up to 25W. It would be available in black, silver, mint green and burgundy red, which Samsung will no doubt call something more interesting.
