Eileendover could look to end her year on a high in the Newmarket-listed Rose Bowl Stakes next week.
Coach Pam Sly will then draw strains with her talented four-year-old filly for the campaign, as there are no more suitable races on the flat for her in 2021.
Eileendover, who started the year wearing her unbeaten record in the bumpers to three in a Listed competition at Market Rasen in January, has shown smart form since focusing on Flat.
She opened her account in a mile and three quarter handicap at Newmarket last month and was a creditable fourth behind Free Wind in the Group Two Park Hill Stakes in Doncaster last week – for which she was put at 3 pounds at a mark of 99.
“She ran well – she gave the winner 10 pounds and the third,” Sly said.
“That’s a lot of weight. Three-year-olds lose a lot of weight.
“I only have one race left for her this season. It’s a week Thursday at Newmarket, a 16-stadium Listed race.
“She had a few days out and will be riding tomorrow.
“I’m registering for it on Friday and hope she’s okay. This will be her last run this year, and we’ll put her aside for next year.”
