Rishab Shetty loses 11 kg, undergoes extensive physical training for his role

Rishab Shetty Kantar became one of the biggest hits of 2022. The actor, who also directed and wrote the film, received major recognition across India for the film. While the film was initially scheduled to release in the Kannada language, it enjoyed positive word of mouth and was released on OTT in several languages, including English and Hindi. Following the immense success of Kantara, the creators have announced a second installment of the franchise which will serve as a prequel to the film. According to a report from Time now, Rishab needs to look slimmer Kantar prequel. Thus, the actor underwent significant physical training and dietary restrictions and is said to have lost around 11 kg for his role. About Kantar Prequel

While Kantar was made on a modest budget of around Rs 16 crore, the makers of the film now want to deliver a grand cinematic experience to the audience. A report in Chronicle of the Deccan revealed that the prequel of the film is being made on a mammoth budget of around Rs 150 crore. Kantar has given its makers huge profits as it has collected over Rs 320 crore worldwide, and hence the makers are confident that Kantar the prequel will be an even bigger success.

Regarding the film’s storyline, several reports have revealed that Rishab Shetty has once again written the story and written an engaging and gripping saga. The film will be set in the 4th century and will be loaded with real-life incidents and characters.
