WHEN DO PRESENTIAL CLASSES START IN THE STATE SCHOOLS?

Although the return to face-to-face classes in private institutions is scheduled from March 1, the Minedu reported that as of 28th March Face-to-face classes will begin in public schools nationwide, since it is first necessary to manage the appropriate conditions for this to happen.

The Minister of Education, Rosendo Serna, pointed out in a press conference that they have been working on enabling educational institutions so that they are suitable to house students “The priority is the return to classes and for that we have been working hard on main aspects such as authorization of educational institutions. As you know the gap that exists regarding construction, the country’s infrastructure reaches one hundred and eleven billion soles. So at that stage, this historical gap that we assume as a management corresponds to us to enable the schools, to see what factors are better to receive the students “Serna declared.

PRESENTIAL CLASSES IN UNIVERSITIES

Universities are also enabled to return to face-to-face classes during the month of March 2022. The start dates will depend on each institution, since these vary regardless of whether they are private or public, but it is estimated that between the fortnight of March and the first days of April, classes will have already started in most, if not all, of the universities. at the national level.

It should be noted that as a result of the virtuality forced by the pandemic, many private universities are planning to maintain a blended format in which students only visit the facilities for some courses. Likewise, others will implement the virtual format as an option for students, so that those who wish will be able to take their classes remotely throughout the semester, as is the case in other universities abroad. However, this will depend entirely on the institution and the degree being studied, since it is clear that there are degrees in which the virtual format complicates efficient teaching.
