“Moulin Rouge! The Musical” has canceled its Friday night performance at the Nederland Theater in Chicago due to breakthrough cases of COVID-19, according to the Broadway in Chicago website.
In a message posted to the website, Broadway Chicago explained that the 7:30 p.m. performance was canceled due to a “breakthrough number of cases of COVID-19”, stating, “We are truly sorry for this inconvenience and short prior notice”.
Tickets will be automatically refunded within 45 days, according to the organizers. To exchange tickets for another date or request a refund, spectators are invited to contact their point of sale.
