Rapper Blueface arrested for possession of concealed weapon

Rapper Blueface was arrested with a loaded gun during a Saturday morning traffic stop in Hollywood, according to a new report.

The 25-year-old was arrested on Sunset Boulevard around 3:15 a.m. while driving a car with an expired registration, TMZ reported.

Police reportedly discovered Blueface was also driving with a suspended license, and a search of his vehicle revealed a loaded handgun in the center console.

The rapper, whose real name is Johnathan Porter, was arrested for possession of a concealed firearm, the outlet reported. Its passengers have not been charged.

The arrest comes five months after Blueface and members of his entourage were charged with beating a San Fernando Valley nightclub bouncer after he was denied entry to the venue, TMZ reported.

In 2019, recording artist “Thotiana” was arrested by the LAPD for possession of a loaded, unregistered handgun.

Later that year, the rapper filmed himself walking through Skid Row throwing piles of hundred dollar bills at the homeless, who desperately rushed to pick up the money. Some people on social media praised his generosity while others said the blow was humiliating for the district’s needy people.
