RAM cancels several flights to and from Paris on March 15
RAM encourages its passengers to consult the status of their flight and to check and update their contacts that can be reached on the “manage my reservation” section online on the official website.
Royal Air Maroc (RAM) announced the cancellation of several flights to and from Paris on Wednesday March 15, 2023, due to the public service strike notice in France, relayed by the unions of the French DGAC .
Like other airlines, Royal Air Maroc RAM received a request urging him to 20% reduction in its program for the day of March 15, 2023due to the notice of civil service strike in France.
In order to limit the impact of these cancellations, the company announces via its website that it supports its customers in the face of this situation by transferring them to other flights. Thus, travelers who have contacts that can be reached on their reservation file freed from emails and SMS confirming their report theft. RAM encourages its passengers to consult the status of their flight and to check and update their contact details on the section “Manage my booking” online on the official website.
Nevertheless, holders of Royal Air Maroc plane tickets on canceled flights, who do not wish to travel on flights made available to them, have the following alternatives:
• THE refund the ticket in its original means of payment,
Or
• A free date changedepending on availability, from and to the same destination or a destination of the Royal Air Maroc network in Europe, for a new travel date within 15 days of the date of the canceled flight, provided that the initial length of stay is maintained.
