Moscow is doing everything possible to protect civilians in the conflict zone, Russian president says
Russian peacekeeping forces are cooperating with all parties to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday. His remarks came shortly after Azerbaijan and officials in the breakaway region agreed to a ceasefire.
