Puerto Rico wakes up in another ‘nightmare’ after Hurricane Fiona

People in Puerto Rico are beginning to put their lives back together after Hurricane Fiona knocked out power, washed away roads and bridges, and damaged homes. It’s a frighteningly familiar feeling to many on the island.
Luciano Bozzolo’s truck heads into the mountainous interior of Puerto Rico. He is on a mission to deliver generators, food, water and other vital supplies to areas devastated by Hurricane Fiona.
“We had a call from a friend asking for help,” Bozzolo, 43, told USA TODAY by phone while driving Tuesday.
