Ramos joined PSG on a free transfer from Real Madrid this summer, but a calf injury hampered the start of his career in the French capital.
Ramos seems unlikely to go straight into the squad against a strong Manchester City side.
The 35-year-old has not been in a competitive game since lining up for Real Madrid in last season’s Champions League semi-final second leg with Chelsea in May.
But his return to physical form is a boost for PSG head coach Mauricio Pochettino, who is taking an almost full squad to Manchester.
Only Julian Draxler and Rafinha are missing due to injuries.
Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe and Neymar have all been included in the 23-man PSG touring squad.
Possible composition of PSG (4-3-3): Donnarumma; Hakimi, Marquinhos, Kimpembe, Mendès; Verratti, Gueye, Wijnaldum; Messi, Mbappé, Neymar.
