Full schedule and TV hours as Michael Smith takes Michael van Gerwen on a rehearsal of the World Darts Championship final on the opening night of this year’s Premier League.

This year’s tournament will see eight of the sport’s top stars compete in 16 mini-events over the course of the season, with each league night featuring quarter-finals, semi-finals and a best-11 stage final.

The Premier League season kicks off at the SSE Arena in Belfast, with the opening night quarter-finals featuring a blockbuster showdown between Smith and defending champion Van Gerwen.

Dimitri Van den Bergh marks his return to the Premier League with a clash against 2021 champion Jonny Clayton, while 2020 runner-up Nathan Aspinall plays Gerwyn Price – who landed two nine-darts in Belfast last year.

Night two will take place at the International Arena in Cardiff on February 9, with Price pitted against Dobey on his home return, while Clayton made his home return with a draw against Smith.

Wright will headline night three at Glasgow’s OVO Hydro when he takes on Van den Bergh, with six-time champion Van Gerwen taking on Aspinall in a repeat of October’s World Grand Prix Final.

The sport’s biggest roadshow will take place in Dublin’s 3Arena on Thursday February 23, as Smith and Wright lock horns in a rehearsal for the 2022 World Championship final.

Night Five at Exeter will then see a repeat of two 2022 televised finals, with Van Gerwen meeting Price in a repeat of July’s World Matchplay decider, before Aspinall and Smith face off in a rematch of the Grand’s showpiece November Slam.

Quarter-final matches for 14 of the 16 nights of the league phase are listed below in draw order, with night eight and night 16 matches to be determined by league standings before each night.

All matches will be a best of 11 match, with a £10,000 bonus offered to the winner of each night.
