Potential taxes and gun charges against Hunter are a ‘charade’

Former President Donald Trump has spoken out about reports that federal law enforcement has enough evidence to charge President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, with tax and firearms violations at a Save rally. America in Nevada on Saturday, calling the charges a “charade” to avoid bringing major charges. against Hunter.

Trump’s remarks came after the Washington Post reported on Thursday that federal agents “have gathered what they believe to be sufficient evidence” to charge Hunter Biden with tax crimes and a firearms offense.

However, Trump warned that any charges against Hunter would be a smokescreen to shield him from charges stemming from the crimes allegedly found on his laptop. Asset said:

Now they are disclosing that they may actually charge Hunter Biden with very minor charges relating to the crimes he apparently committed. And listen, we don’t want bad things to happen, but they’re releasing a few minor charges, relatively compared to the type of charges they might be. And it depends on them.

“But are they really going to do the right thing and hold the Bidens accountable or is this just a charade and an excuse to keep targeting me and our movement to make America great again and a better America? ‘on board? I don’t know,” Trump said.

Trump then accused federal law enforcement of “prosecuting attorney misconduct” for their handling of Hunter Biden’s criminal case. He suggested that prosecutors could bring these minor charges against Hunter to make things “fair” while they target him and his supporters.

Asset said:

I think they do this for a small reason. I think they want to target us, and they make it look a little fairer when they throw some accusations at Hunter. Now you know what’s going on. It’s a shame. What’s going on in this country, and that’s prosecutorial misconduct. And the people of this country are not going to take it.

Trump then spoke about the Democrats’ obsession with investigating himself and his family.

“Remember this. They’ve been after me for six years now,” Trump said.

“But there has never been anything like it. It’s a shame,” Trump added. “You know, instead of focusing on our country and focusing on all the issues that are coming up and all the potential that we have as a country, all they’re doing is continuing to investigate and to investigate the Russia hoax.”

“And it always seems to revolve around, doesn’t it, where they created the Russia hoax and they were the ones who dealt with Russia in order to create the false document, the false file, and all the things that ‘they’ have committed, the crimes they have committed, it’s a disgrace,” Trump said.

“But clearly they’re going after me because I’m fighting for you and I’m fighting for America and they’re not used to it because they don’t want people to fight for America,” Trump added.
