These fans had a much better time with a fluffy Mike Tyson after Wednesday’s plane fight.
Iron Mike finally arrived in Miami Thursday night after being captured on video earlier in the day repeatedly punching a passenger in the head on a Jet Blue flight to the 305.
In video obtained by TMZ, Tyson was all smiles and smoking as he stopped at the Eden Roc Hotel in Miami, where he took photos with fans – and preached ‘basic economics’ in entering the luxury hotel.
It appears the heavyweight icon missed his initial flight Thursday, during which the altercation took place, and instead hitchhiked with UFC President Dana White.
On Thursday night, White took to Twitter to share a video on his private jet, where Tyson was seen lounging around with a neck pillow.
“Hey dummies, for future reference this is how you stay alive when you meet @MikeTyson on a plane,” White wrote in his tweet.
The clip showed Tyson slapping White on the shoulder while ordering him to get up from his seat.
“Hey come on, move it,” Tyson said in the video. When White replied, “I like that seat,” Tyson replied, “I like it better” — and White immediately gave up his seat.
The drama of Tyson’s Thursday flight didn’t seem to hamper his plans or his good spirits. He was to travel from San Francisco to Miami to be the keynote speaker at the Benzinga Cannabis conference. He launched his Tyson 2.0 line of buds late last year and quickly rose through the ranks in the marijuana industry.
Tyson was allegedly provoked by a stunned passenger who may have drunk too much on a Jet Blue flight on Thursday. The passenger was allegedly aggressive and representatives for Tyson claim the passenger threw a water bottle at the former heavyweight champion to provoke him.
The San Francisco Police Department told TMZ that cops responded to the scene and arrested two people they believe were involved in the incident. One person was treated for non-life-threatening injuries, according to police, who said the injured person refused to cooperate with their investigation.
