Photos: Latest storm brings snow cover to Grapevine

Atmospheric river storms that hit Southern California earlier this month didn’t leave much snow along the vine

Monday’s latest storm changed all that.

With snow forecast to fall at elevations as low as 2,500 feet, the storm brought wintry driving conditions to the Grapevine early Monday, and the California Highway Patrol was escort traffic through the Tejon Pass before conditions improve.

Meteorologists warned commuters to drive carefully along mountain roads, including Highway 5 near Tejon Pass, Highway 14 near Acton and Highway 33 north of Ojai.
