Pennsylvania governor gives unfiltered response to Stephen Miller criticism

CNN’s Poppy Harlow asked Shapiro for comment on the post on Wednesday.

The governor replied: “I’m not going to respond to Stephen Miller. This guy is an idiot who can’t tell the truth.

Miller “doesn’t lift any substances,” Shapiro added when pressed by Harlow.

Shapiro then explained “the real content” of this practice, which will see automatic registration of anyone obtaining or renewing a driver’s license or state-issued ID card, downplaying conservatives’ fears that it could give rise to abuse.
