In the episode “Eddie Vedder” of Unintelligent podcast, released February 14, hosts Arnett, jason batman and Sean Hayes drew the listener’s attention to a sloppy pun and now we can’t look back! When discussing how they watched the Beatles documentary together, Jason chimed in to let listeners know that the “Beat” in The Beatles is a pun on musical beats.
Jason said, referring to his co-host Sean, “That ding dong didn’t get The Beatles, spelled BEAT, like the beat, like you make a beat out of music.” Sean added, “I didn’t know that. Isn’t that so stupid?”
Jason further explained to Sean, and probably many of us listeners at home, that while a beetle is spelled BEET, the rock band used a different spelling to play on the idea of a beetle game. musical words.
