A convicted sex offender has been arrested after authorities received more than two dozen tips from the public identifying him as a man who peered into people’s homes.

The alleged voyeur – identified as Kevin Michael Ayers, 36, of Hamilton, Ohio – was caught looking out the windows of the homes of residents of Liberty Township, a Cincinnati suburb about 28 miles north of the town.
