Pedal pub driver who crashed Saturday night in downtown Atlanta arrested

ATLANTA, Ga. (CBS46) — The Atlanta Police Department notified the media Sunday morning that the pedal pub driver who crashed Saturday night has been arrested and charged with a DUI.
Additionally, the driver was also charged with a business license violation.
The Pedal Pub, which is a mobile bar, flipped over while turning at West Peachtree Street and 14th Street NE.

Several people were injured after an accident involving a pedal pub Saturday in downtown Atlanta.
It happened around 6:30 p.m. According to the Atlanta Police Department, a pedal pub was trying to make a turn but was apparently going too fast and overturned.
Atlanta Fire Rescue says a total of 15 people were injured and transported to area hospitals; 10 were minor, three serious and two deemed critical.
“The Atlanta Fire Department has a mobile ambulance we call MAV-1.
No other vehicle was involved.
Currently, police have closed West Peachtree Street at 12th Street and are diverting traffic from 12th Street to Spring Street. They say the intersection will be closed for a while while the APD investigates. Significant delays can be expected and drivers are advised to avoid the area.
