Special Counsel Paul Heyman upped the ante for Riddle’s match against Roman Reigns this week.
Following his victory over Sami Zayn on last Friday’s SmackDown, the former RAW Tag Team Champion was given the opportunity to take on the tribal leader for the undisputed WWE Universal Championship. Riddle spared no effort in stating that he would avenge his “brother” Randy Orton.
During the last edition of RAW, Heyman launched the show as a special guest on Miz TV. He stated that no one was able to defeat the table boss and no one will be able to because the percentage rate of what happens is zero.
Heyman was about to state the match stipulation but was interrupted by Riddle. The former RK-Bro member pointed out that Reigns doesn’t know him or what he’s capable of.
A very serious Heyman went on to say that if Riddle loses his match to Roman Reigns on SmackDown this week, he will never be able to challenge The Tribal Chief for the undisputed title again.
This will be Roman Reigns’ first title defense since losing to Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania. Riddle seems determined to challenge Reigns since the assault on RK-Bro after the Tag Team Titles Unification last month.
