Pakistani cricket captain Babar Azam scored a fantastic 103 from 107 against West Indies in Multan, Pakistan. His innings proved to be the difference in the end as the Pakistani side won the game by five wickets on 8 June. With his 17th ODI ton, Babar Azam broke Virat Kohli’s great captain’s record. Kohli held the record for the fastest 1000 points scored as captain in the ODIs. He achieved the feat in 17 outings. On June 8, Babar Azam improved Kohli’s record by reaching the milestone in just 13 shots as captain.
