NYPD on the hunt for man caught on camera robbing victim


Cops released footage Saturday of a jerk who accosted a man in Manhattan for cash earlier this month – and they’re asking for the public’s help in locating the suspect.

The assailant argued with the man outside La Casa De Pollo, a restaurant on Broadway in Washington Heights on the evening of Feb. 17, according to security video and the NYPD.

The bandit was seen wearing a winter hat, black jacket, tan pants and black trainers – as the NYPD asks the public for help in locating the suspect.

He snatched $200 from the victims and fled on foot to downtown, police said.

The suspect was in his 40s and was wearing a winter hat, black jacket, tan pants and black sneakers.

No one was hurt.
