Northern Israel prepares for possible war with Hezbollah


KIRYAT SHMONA, Israel—The streets of this northern Israeli town, located 3 km from the Lebanese border, were deserted. Shopping malls, falafel shops and convenience stores were all closed. Explosions rang out from the hills to the west, followed by plumes of smoke.
