The 2024 NFL Draft is in the books, but there’s still plenty to discuss. Now that 257 players have heard their names called, it’s time to analyze how each team performed with its draft class. That’s what we’ll do with our team-by-team ratings below, so let’s get to it!

AFC East

AFC South

AFC North

Pittsburgh Steelers

A+

This was a home run draft, and every pick they made just screamed Steelers. First-round offensive lineman Troy Fautanu will make an immediate impact.

Baltimore Ravens

A-

In Ravens form, they had another good draft. Nate Wiggins is the best man in the class, and they’ve gotten better in the trenches.

Cleveland Browns

B-

The Browns don’t have many needs on their roster, so they have some good depth pieces.

Cincinnati Bengals

B-

The Bengals got their offensive tackle of the future in Amarius Mims and got some depth pieces that can step in to make plays if they need to.

AFC West

Kansas City Chiefs B+ Getting Xavier Worthy will open up the passing game downfield. The Chiefs also landed some very good football players with their other picks.
Los Angeles Chargers B Joe Alt making the transition from RT to LT will be interesting. Ladd McConkey gives you a playmaker on the outside.
Las Vegas Raiders D Taking Brock Bowers made no sense. Additionally, the Raiders didn’t take a shot at a QB.
Denver Broncos D Taking Bo Nix at 12 was a reach. Additionally, not taking a WR until the fourth round was concerning, even if it was Nix’s teammate Troy Franklin.
