The Biden administration says foreign travelers to the United States will no longer have to test negative for COVID the day before their flight. The CDC has determined that the requirement is no longer necessary. It can, however, be reinstated if a troubling new variant emerges.

And at the Summit of the Americas, the United States and other countries in the Western Hemisphere announced principles for the treatment of migrants and refugees. They range from human border management to helping the most affected countries. The United States commits more than $300 million.
