New York seeks ‘experienced’ marijuana dealers

New York State is looking for people “with experience” to help establish what could become the nation’s largest legal marijuana market. The explanation sounds like a downfall: New York will offer licenses and grants to people with marijuana convictions on their records.

New York legalized the possession and use of marijuana for adults last year and created a licensing system to govern eventual sales in brick-and-mortar stores. New Yorkers can even have joints delivered.
