New Orleans street flooding list

A flash flood emergency caused widespread flooding on the South Shore on Wednesday. Rain fell on the New Orleans metro for hours with little to no breaks. The rain has now moved away from the area, but it may still take several hours for water to drain from the streets. Waters are starting to recede in most areas.
