New ‘Knives Out’ Movie Adds Mila Kunis To Cast

EXCLUSIVE: Rian Johnson’s next opus in the Knives out the franchise isn’t done adding to its already stacked cast as Deadline learns that Mila Kunis is set to join Daniel Craig in the Netflix film Wake Up Dead Man: a knife-edge mystery. She joins new cast members Josh O’Connor, Kerry Washington, Jeremy Renner, Glen Close, Cailee Spaeny and Andrew Scott, with Craig set to return as world-famous detective Benoit Blanc and Rian Johnson as director. Johnson wrote the screenplay and will produce his T-Street with his producing partner Ram Bergman.

Plot details are unknown. The most recent photo, Glass onion, bowed in 2022, with Craig returning as White. The film premiered on Netflix after the streamer secured a record $450 million deal for the two sequels, this one being the third in the series.

THE Knives out The series is no stranger to delivering ensembles packed with star power and this episode appears to be no different. Production is expected to begin next month, and Netflix plans to release sometime in 2025.

Best known for her roles in Bad moms franchise and his Oscar-nominated role in Black Swan, Kunis was most recently seen in the lead role and production of the adaptation of The luckiest girl in the world. She is repped by Curtis Talent Management, CAA and Patti Felker.
