Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago said in a statement:
The arrest of this individual and others over the past several months illustrates the strength of collaboration between law enforcement in Monmouth County and beyond. This arrest would not have been possible without the efforts of our local US Marshals NY/NJ Fugitive Task Force and their partners in the Southeast region.
Paul remains in custody pending extradition proceedings and an appearance in Monmouth County Superior Court.
The public is reminded that charges are charges and all persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
