new cancellations of flights from and to France on April 1

Royal Air Maroc announced the cancellation of some flights from and to France on April 1, 2023, due to the civil service strike notice in France.

It is through its website that Royal Air Morocco announced this decision, which comes in response to the request received by all companies encouraging them to reduce their flight schedule for this day, due to the public service strike notice in Francerelayed by the unions of the French DGACconcerning April 1, 2023.

“In order to limit the impact of these cancellations, Royal Air Maroc supports its Customers by transferring them to other flights : Customers who have contacts that can be contacted on their reservation file freed from e-mails and SMS confirming their report flight. We will declare passengers to consult the status of their flight and check and update their contact details on the “manage my reservation” section of the Website RAM” ”, specifies the Moroccan company.

Royal Air Maroc offers other options to all ticket holders on canceled flights who do not wish to travel on other flights, namely:

• THE ticket refund in its original means of payment,

Or

• A free date changedepending on availability, from and to the same destination or a destination of the Royal Air Maroc network in Europe, for a new travel date within 15 days of the date of the canceled flight, provided that the initial length of stay is maintained.
