Despite the supply of service stations during the weekend and threats from the government, the shortage seems to start again this Monday. For Alexis Corbière, deputy for Seine-Saint-Denis, vice-president of the LFI group in the National Assembly, guest of Europe Matin on Monday, the one who is blocking is the boss of TotalEnergies.
The strike continues on Monday in the refineries and depots of TotalEnergies despite threats of new requisitions. For Alexis Corbière, deputy for Seine-Saint-Denis, guest of Europe Matin on Monday, “the one who blocks a name, Mr. [Patrick] Pouyanné, the boss of TotalEnergies”, he thundered at the microphone of Europe 1.
“The provocateur is the boss of Total!”
“Shareholders were paid a bonus of 2.9 billion euros,” says Alexis Corbière. A sum with which each Total employee could have benefited from “an increase of 26,000 euros” according to the deputy. “He gives them nothing [aux salariés]on the other hand, he grants himself a salary increase of 52%”, decided the vice-president of the LFI group in the National Assembly.
“Under these conditions, the provocateur is the boss of Total!” he exclaimed on Europe 1.
An “irresponsible” attitude according to Alexis Corbière who calls on the government to challenge TotalEnergies. “The government must impose in these groups which make superprofits that one sets up wage discussions”, he added.
