Kenya’s Criminal Investigations Directorate said Masten Milimo Wanjala, 20, admitted killing at least ten children in five years and “sometimes” sucking “blood from their veins before executing them,” AFP said. .

Police also said some of his victims were drugged and strangled.

He was first arrested on July 14 after two children went missing, AFP reported.

He was kept in custody but disappeared before his court appearance on Wednesday, according to AFP.
