Mazda Toyota and Partners Host Team ONE Career Fair

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – Mazda Toyota Manufacturing (MTM) and its Team ONE partners will hold a job fair on August 20.

There are nearly 500 open positions at MTM and around 200 positions at their partner companies. Partner companies include:

“Team ONE is what we call MTM and our vendor partners,” explained Jamie Hall, associate director of workforce planning. “But the name has a deeper meaning: ONE stands for Onsite, Near-site and Everyone. It’s truly a team effort to build the Corolla Cross and the CX-50, and we’re growing that team every day.

There are positions available for all skill levels, including people with or without manufacturing experience. Salaries, benefits and shift offers may vary.

MTM recently raised its starting hourly wage to $19 per hour and top rates to $25.65 per hour for production crew members. For qualified team members, starting salaries increased to $26.29 per hour and top rates to $36.65 per hour.

The job fair will be held at the Marriott in the US Space and Rocket Center from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. For those wishing to apply today, you can do so here.
