Matthew Perry’s tragic death was not the result of a fentanyl or methamphetamine overdose, according to initial tests.

The beloved actor, who was catapulted to global stardom after landing a role on “Friends,” died Saturday following an apparent drowning at his California home. He was 54 years old.
