FORT PAYNE, Ala. (WHNT) – Authorities say they uncovered a marijuana grow operation at a home in Grove Oak while investigating a tip.
On April 6, narcotics officers from the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office attended a home on County Road 50, where they discovered a marijuana grow room, methamphetamine and other paraphernalia. drug.
The owner, Timothy Harold Hosch, 51, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, first degree possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and first degree theft of property.
