Mandy Moore and her husband Taylor Goldsmith have welcomed their second child together, a son named Oscar Bennett Goldsmith, who is affectionately nicknamed Ozzie.
The couple announced the baby boy’s birth on Instagram, posting a series of photos of them holding their new bundle of joy. The caption celebrated his birth and highlighted the instant love they felt when the baby arrived.
“Ozzie is here! Oscar Bennett Goldsmith arrived a little late but with great aplomb (and easier/faster delivery than his big brother, much to the delight of his parents),” Moore wrote in his caption. .
“Every adage is true: our hearts have doubled in size and the immediacy of love is staggering,” the Moore caption continues. “He is beyond words and we are so grateful for our family of four!”

Moore and Goldsmith are already parents to 1-year-old August Harrison Goldsmith, who is widely featured on Moore’s Instagram and goes by the nickname Gus.
The “This Is Us” star announced her second pregnancy in June 2022 by posting a photo of her eldest son wearing a t-shirt that read “Big Brother.” She broke the news shortly after the ‘This Is Us’ series finale aired, writing, “An incredibly groundbreaking chapter in my life has just come to an end and the next one, as a mother of two, is about to begin…and are we still so deeply grateful and excited.”
Her second pregnancy came while she was on tour to promote her new album ‘In Real Life’. Although the tour was planned before she found out she was pregnant, she believed she would still be able to continue as she was able to tour while pregnant with her first son.

On June 28, however, Moore announced that she had decided to cancel her tour out of concern for her health and that of her unborn baby. She admitted to not getting enough sleep on the road and that the whole trip had an unexpected impact on her body.
“Although I really thought I could get through it, the way we travel (long hours on the bus and not resting properly) has caught up, taken a toll and made it too difficult to continue,” said she said in her announcement. . “I know I have to put my family and my health (and my baby’s health) first, and the best place for me right now is at home.”
