Man with knife arrested at Ariana Grande’s Hollywood home

A 23-year-old man held up a knife outside singer Ariana Grande’s Hollywood Hills home after he was confronted by security officers and refused to leave, police said.

Aaron Brown was taken into custody by Los Angeles police, who also recovered a knife, around 2 a.m. Friday, police said.

Police sources said Brown asked to see the singer, security officials said. As the guards tried to get him out of the property, he pulled out a knife and held it up at them.

Brown was booked into the LAPD’s Hollywood station and taken to jail, where he was held in lieu of $ 50,000 bail, records show.

As of Wednesday morning, he was at the inmate reception center at the Los Angeles County Jail.

Grande was not present during the incident.

A temporary restraining order preventing Brown from approaching Grande, her family or her property has been issued, based on the police report.

Grande acquired the Panoramic City View home last year for $ 13.7 million.

This is not his first contact with intruders.

In March 2020, she and her mother obtained a five-year injunction against a person who bypassed security to leave a note at her front door.
