Manchester City’s pursuit of Tottenham star Harry Kane is expected to intensify with one of the four players potentially available under the deal.
Following the departure of Sergio Aguero last season, City manager Pep Guardiola is looking to sign a replacement and has been a big admirer of the England captain.
An offer of £ 100million was reported, but the attempt was rejected by Spurs chairman Daniel Levy.
That did nothing to deter the club, however, with French publication L’Equipe suggesting that one of Riyad Mahrez, Raheem Sterling, Gabriel Jesus and Bernardo Silva could be offered to soften the deal.
It might come as a surprise to see some of those players on this list bring Kane given their reliability for Guardiola last season.
Mahrez played 48 times last season in all competitions and scored 23 goals, while Silva was also heavily involved and played 45 times contributing 14 goals.

Sterling has enjoyed an incredible European Championship as one of Gareth Southgate’s key men on England’s journey to the final.
However, he saw himself out of Pep’s squad quite often last season and with only two years left on the contract he may have no choice but to leave City for the Spurs.
Levy is known to be a pretty stubborn negotiator and with his star player still three years away, he’s in no rush to see Kane move on.
The Spurs talisman, however, is desperate for the move to materialize.
He had one of his best seasons of all time as he became only the sixth player in Premier League history to win the award for most goals and assists in a campaign.
Andy Cole, Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, Thierry Henry, Didier Drogba and Robin van Persie were the others to achieve this feat.
After Spurs’ bad season, it’s clear to see why Kane wants to leave and with the financial power that City have, it could be a question of when and not whether we see the England captain in a sky blue shirt.
