Barcelona have contacted Man City and Tottenham over their intention to sell Antoine Griezmann, according to reports.
The Spanish giants are in serious financial difficulty with a debt of one billion pounds sterling.
And French outlet L’Equipe say Barcelona consider Griezmann, who joined the club for £ 107million from Atletico Madrid in 2019, as their most salable asset.
But the report adds that the 30-year-old would only consider a return to Atletico and not a transfer to the Premier League.
A member of Griezmann’s camp told L’Equipe: “Antoine is not ready to accept any conditions to leave, just because Barcelona find themselves in a complicated situation [financially]. “
Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman has signed Memphis Depay and Sergio Aguero on free transfers which could bring Griezmann closer to the Camp Nou exit gate.
The French forward has scored 13 goals and recorded seven assists in La Liga as Barcelona ended a disappointing 2020/21 campaign in third place.
It is understood that Barcelona are keen to take Griezmann’s salary off their books with Miralem Pjanic and Samuel Umtiti also for sale.
Griezmann has three more years on his contract, earning him almost £ 300,000 a week.

Barcelona are looking to release their payroll as they are said to be set to announce a new five-year deal for Lionel Messi, who is currently a free agent.
Messi is believed to have suffered a significant pay cut as the new contract would see him stay at Barcelona until the age of 39.
