Majority of independents ‘no longer trust’ the company’s programming for their children


The Disney brand has taken a huge hit with American parents, with a majority of independents saying they “no longer trust” the company’s programming for their children following Disney’s pursuit of a program aggressive LGBTQIA2S+, as well as the company’s opposition to Florida’s anti-grooming legislation.

A new Issues & Insights/TIPP poll asked 1,305 adults across America, “Based on recent stories, how much confidence would you place in Disney’s programming for your children, assuming you have any?”

Poll results revealed that a majority of independents no longer trust the company, with 52% saying they don’t trust Disney’s designs on their children, and just 42% saying they do. were doing.

Meanwhile, a majority of Democrats still trust Disney’s programming, with 77% responding they trust the company and 19% saying they don’t.

As for Republicans, the poll found that only 23% trust Disney programming, compared to 70% who say they don’t.

Overall, nearly half of Americans said they no longer trust Disney programming.

Of those who still trust the mouse, only 31% said they trust Disney “a lot”, with 23% saying they trust the company’s entertainment “somewhat”. Meanwhile, of those who answered they trusted Disney, 21% said they had “little trust”.

Disney has taken a hit in the trust department after the company became engrossed in promoting LGBTQ-related content to children in recent years.

In a recent conference call, Disney executives were heard admitting their goal was to implement a heavy LGBTIA2S+ agenda in children’s movies and TV shows, with one executive saying the company was “targeting the generation Z and Millennials,” and another mentioning that Disney even encouraged her “not at all secret gay agenda” when she became an employee.

Disney is also losing faith over its recent opposition to Florida’s Parental Rights in Education Act, which prohibits teachers from discussing sexuality and transgender ideology with children in kindergarten through third grade.

In response to radical left activists’ opposition to anti-grooming legislation, Disney CEO Bob Chapek announced that the company would launch a task force to create more LGBTQ+ content for children and families.
