Maggie Hassan again skips the debate with Republican General Bolduc

Sen. Maggie Hassan (D-NH) skipped Wednesday’s debate in the New Hampshire Senate with Republican challenger Gen. Don Bolduc.
The debate was to take place on the New Hampshire today show with Chris Ryan at 8:00 a.m., but Hassan never showed up.
The incumbent Democrat also skipped the Oct. 20 debate on The pulse of NH Senate Candidates Debate with Jack Heath. On September 9, Hassan “accepted” a total of three debates.
General Bolduc blamed Hassan for missing another debate. “It’s once again disappointing to see Senator Maggie Hassan dodging and hiding from New Hampshire voters, but we expect nothing less.”
General Bolduc said Hassan had missed an opportunity to defend his runaway inflation record. “Every day while on the campaign trail we hear the same thing, inflation is crushing Granite Staters with higher gas prices and skyrocketing grocery bills, and Senator Hassan must answer for his disastrous political decisions.”
From 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. on @NHTodayShow: @GenDonBolduc will join me for Live Free or Die: Conversation with the Candidate. It was planned to be a @Union leader, @AARPNH, @NewEngCollege debate with @Maggie_Hassan. His campaign chose not to attend. Listen live at https://t.co/RTMvrxKOLK!

Hassan only discussed General Bolduc once. During this debate, on October 18, General Bolduc snatched votes from Hassan which fueled inflation. “Inflation, inflation, inflation,” said General Bolduc. “It will only rise”
“We need to stop spending,” he added.
“We have to get rid of career politicians. The Granite Staters say, “The number one problem is career politicians. Twenty years, right there,” he said, pointing to Hassan across the room.
Hassan is scheduled to debate General Bolduc Thursday at noon via New Hampshire Public Radio.
A recent poll shows that General Bolduc is practically tied with Hassan.
