In a school hype video recounted by Seahawks safety and LSU alumnus Jamal Adams, the school bangs its chest on its former athletes around the world, trying to make the case that their school is the best. for athletes looking to make money.
Of course, LSU has hosted some of the greatest personalities in varsity – and later professional – sport: Adams, Shaq, Joe Burrow, Tyrann Mathieu, Justin Jefferson and “Pistol” Pete Maravich are some of the famous and successful athletes. who have gone through Baton Rouge in their life.
(Oh, and Ben Simmons is also in the video.)
LSU certainly has a case as one of the best college destinations for athletes to collect NIL fees across the country. LSU School has no shortage of titles and recognition, and they know it: which is why there is a short image of Times Square in Manhattan in the video.
It remains to be seen if an LSU athlete will appear on a billboard in Times Square next to the Hard Rock Cafe and Forever 21, but the video certainly won’t hurt their chances.
