You wanna stay, stay, stay and listen Taylor Swiftthe new song from loop.
The 32-year-old singer released the full version of her song “Carolina” from the new film Where the Crawdads sing at the stroke of midnight on June 24.
“I wrote this one alone in the middle of the night,” Swift shared on social media after his release. She said she wanted the sound “to be authentic as this story unfolds”.
If you go back to December, uh, rather March, you might remember that fans first heard a teaser for “Carolina” in the movie’s trailer. Now they don’t have any empty space in relation to the rest of the lyrics and can listen to the entire song.
The film Where the Crawdads sing is based on the bestselling novel by Delia Owens. In a post shared on Instagram when the trailer was released, Swift recalled how she got “absolutely lost in” the book when she read it years ago. And after hearing that “the incredible” Daisy EdgarJones starred in the film and that the “brilliant” Reese withered spoon was producing it, she knew she “wanted to be a part of it on the musical side.” So the winner of 11 Grammy Awards wrote “Carolina” on her own and asked Aaron Desner (with whom she also worked for folklore and still) to produce it.
