Senator Lindsey Graham has joined “Hannity” to defend her remarks against Vladimir Putin and discuss a resolution to declare him a war criminal.

SEN. LINDSEY GRAHAM: I was a military prosecutor, defense attorney, judge for some 30 years. I’m going to introduce a resolution next week—I’ll give it to you on your show—declaring Putin a war criminal. It is clear to me that the world would be a better place if the Russian people eliminated Putin tonight. The war in Ukraine would end and Russia would have a freedom it does not enjoy today. An iron curtain has fallen over the Russian people. What does that tell me? That Putin is afraid of his own people. Martial law was virtually declared by Putin. I think the Russians don’t buy what Putin sells when it comes to Ukraine and if the Ukrainians keep fighting, however brave they are, I think the dam will eventually break in Russia, but I want to say it clearly without apologies, unequivocally. The world would be better off if Putin had left tonight and the best way to end this war is not American boots on the ground, but for the Russian people to rise up, claim the honor of their country and eliminate this guy, Putin, by any means necessary and if you don’t understand this, you don’t understand this war and you don’t understand the world we live in.
