Lille striker Jonathan David has been linked with moves to Tottenham, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool this summer.
Reports from Tutto Mercato have also said that Inter Milan and Borussia Dortmund are monitoring his progress in France.
Currently a star in Ligue 1, the Canadian international impresses and keeps excellent company when it comes to goals.
David is currently the second top scorer in the French top flight this season, behind Monaco striker Wissam Ben Yedder.
His current record of 12 goals puts him level with Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe, Gaetan Laborde and Martin Terrier.
The Canadian international is also Lille’s top scorer with 18 goals this season in all competitions.
The Ligue 1 side, who will face Chelsea in the Champions League Round of 16, are unlikely to retain their title as they sit 11th in the standings, 23 points behind Paris Saint-Germain.

The 22-year-old striker has continued his emergence as one of Europe’s hottest prospects, however, and David’s agent Nick Mavromaras has already confirmed he will be leaving the French side this summer.
“For us, the goal is to finish the season in Lille, but it will be his last season there for several reasons,” he said on Radio Canada’s Tellement Soccerpodcast last December.
“I think the Premier League is a great option for him. I think he likes Spain a lot too because he likes the touch of the ball and very technical players.
“Those two leagues are a big priority for him, but we don’t rule anything out. You never know with Paris Saint-Germain or the big Italian clubs.”
But a destination has yet to be decided, with the Premier League’s top sides all expected to consider their options.
Arsenal are among the top clubs interested in signing him as they look to strengthen their attack.
The Gunners have parted ways with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who then joined Barcelona, and they could also face the prospect of losing Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah, both out of contract this summer.
Tottenham could also put together a bid with the club who were previously looking for a strike partner for star centre-forward Harry Kane.
Chelsea could also be on the hunt for a new striker with out-of-form Romelu Lukaku’s future uncertain as his poor form continues,
And title-seeking Liverpool could turn to David as they weigh their attacking options with Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino to secure their long-term future at Anfield.
David signed for Lille from Belgian side Ghent in August 2020 and helped guide the club to the Ligue 1 title and the French Super Cup.
He made 79 appearances and scored 29 times for the French side in all competitions.
