Lauren Boebert appears to be praying for Joe Biden’s death in Texas Sermon

“The president of Joe Biden. We don’t know what to do, Lord! said Boebert. “Everything is fine, we are praying for our presidents. You know, he said, ‘Let his days be few and another take his place.’

The audience was heard laughing after the remark.

“That’s why I filed articles of impeachment for Joe Biden,” Boebert added. “Unfortunately he has a very good insurance policy named Kamala Harris.”

The phrase Boebert refers to comes from Psalms 109:8. Although Boebert referred to impeachment, the verse is widely interpreted as a call for the untimely death of an enemy. He pops up from time to time in right-wing politics, including in 2016, when Sen. David Perdue (R-Ga.) applied it to President Barack Obama.
