Kylie Jenner Opens Up About Her Postpartum Journey: ‘It Hasn’t Been Easy’

Kylie Jenner no longer follows the Kardashians, but she’s still trying to stay true to her followers six weeks after giving birth to her second child, a son named Wolf.

The reality star, who shares Wolf with rapper Travis Scott, opened up about her postpartum journey in a series of Instagram Stories on Monday.

“I just want to tell my postpartum moms that postpartum hasn’t been easy,” Jenner said. “It’s very difficult. This experience for me ― personally ― was a little more difficult than with my daughter.

“It’s not easy mentally, physically, spiritually. It’s just crazy,” continued Jenner, a model who founded Kylie Cosmetics. “I didn’t want to just go back to life without saying that…for other mums going through this right now, we can go on the internet and it might seem a lot easier for other people and put the pressure on us. But it wasn’t easy for me either. It was hard and I just wanted to say that.

“It’s okay not to be okay,” Jenner concluded. “Once I realized that – I was putting pressure on myself and I keep reminding myself that I made a whole human, a beautiful, healthy boy. And we need to stop putting pressure on ourselves to return ― not even physically, just mentally ― after birth.

Jenner, who was notoriously deprived of both pregnancies, gave birth to Wolf Webster on February 2. Jenner and Scott, real name Jacques Bermon Webster II, also share a daughter, Stormi, now 4.

In other Kardashian-Jenner baby news, Kourtney Kardashian and her fiancé, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, recently made headlines when they talked about wanting a baby together:

Kourtney Kardashian has three children — Mason, Penelope and Reign — with her ex, Scott Disick. Barker shares two children with his ex-wife, Shanna Moakler: Alabama and Landon Barker, and Moakler’s daughter, Atiana De La Hoya.
