Kim Kardashian wants Taylor Swift to ‘move on’ from feud: report

Music

Kim Kardashian wants Taylor Swift to “move on” after their years-old feud after the singer dropped a seemingly diss track about the Skims founder on her 11th studio album, “The Tortured Poets Department.”

An insider told People on Tuesday that Kardashian, 43, was “over” the drama and thought it was time for the 14-time Grammy winner to put his beef to rest.

Kardashian “doesn’t understand why (Swift) keeps insisting on this,” the source told the outlet. “It’s literally been years.”

Swift surprised fans Friday by releasing not one but two albums — the last of which included a song apparently about her bad blood with the “Kardashians” star.

On “thanK you aIMee,” Swift sings about dealing with a bully, who ultimately only made her stronger.

“All this time you were throwing punches, I was building something / And I can’t forgive the way you made me feel,” she sings.

“I screamed ‘Fk you, Aimee’ into the night sky, as blood gushed out’/But I can’t forget the way you made me heal.”

Fans were also quick to notice that the three capital letters in the title spelled out Kardashian’s first name.

Representatives for the Skkn founder did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The feud between the two began in 2016 when Kanye West, who was then married to Kardashian, sang about Swift in his song “Famous.”

“I feel like Taylor and I might still have sex/Why?” I made that bitch famous,” he rapped in the track.

Swift quickly expressed her displeasure with West calling her a “slut,” prompting Kardashian to post an edited phone call between the “Cruel Summer” singer and her then-husband.

The recording made it sound like Swift had approved the lyrics beforehand. However, the singer claimed that West only brought up the “sex” line during their conversation.

The public backlash against Swift was so intense that the singer took a step back for a full year before re-emerging with her album “Reputation.”

The full recording of the conversation was later leaked online in 2020, proving that the rapper never revealed that he would call Swift a “bitch” in the song.

Swift told Time last year that the incident took her “psychologically to a place (she had) never been before.”

“You have a completely fabricated frame job, in an illegally recorded phone call, that Kim Kardashian edited and then released to tell everyone I was a liar,” she recalls.

“I pushed away most people in my life because I no longer trusted anyone. I was really, really hard,” Swift continued, comparing it to a “career death.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Swift called West and Kardashian “trash.”

Although Kardashian reportedly wanted to move on from her drama with Swift in the past, she seemingly addressed their feud on Tuesday by sharing a photo alongside Swift’s former BFF Karlie Kloss.

The shapewear mogul posted an old selfie with Kloss on his Instagram Story while wishing his friend Derek Blasberg a happy birthday.

Many Swifties found the move a bit strange considering Kardashian and Kloss have never been close friends.

Meanwhile, Swift fell out with Kloss in 2017 – it was never confirmed why the former friends fell out.
