The reality TV star, 40, saw his net worth jump from $ 780million (£ 564million) in October to $ 1 billion (£ 723million) this month, the magazine reports .
His fortune comes mainly from his two businesses: the shapewear brand Skims and the cosmetics company KKW Beauty.
She’s also made millions through her TV career – namely Keeping Up With The Kardashians – and endorsement deals.
The rest of his estate consists of his personal finances, property and investments.
Kardashian, who still uses the last name Kardashian West, joins billionaire club two months after filing for divorce from husband Kanye.
It filed the divorce papers in Los Angeles in February, citing irreconcilable differences.
The star previously made a public appeal for “compassion and empathy” to West, 43, amid his struggles with bipolar disorder.
The couple are asking for joint custody of their four children North, Chicago, Psalm and Saint.
Rapper West is said to have become a billionaire last year following the success of his shoe brand Yeezy.
His net worth is now $ 6.6 billion (£ 4.7 billion), according to Bloomberg, making him the richest black man in US history.
Kardashian launched her own beauty line in 2017 following her sister’s success Kylie jennerCompany of Kylie Cosmetics.
Claiming to be “inspired” by her younger brother, she sold 20% of KKW Beauty to cosmetics giant Coty last year, which valued the brand at $ 1 billion.
